2009-2010 York Suburban All-Sports Booster Club Coach’s Nomination Form Five Hundred Dollar Scholarship Please describe the candidate by completing the following rubric. Keep in mind; the selection process for this scholarship is a very difficult one due to the fine students/athletes at York Suburban High School.
